Cruise Asia - Phuket Sea School provides access to training and school services without unfair discrimination. Harassment, bullying, victimisation and disrespectful conduct are not accepted aboard our yachts, in our classrooms or through our online services.
Access to training
Course prerequisites and safety requirements are applied consistently. We will consider reasonable adjustments where they can be made without compromising a student's safety, another person's safety or the required course standard. Students are encouraged to discuss relevant needs with us before booking.
Raising a concern
Tell the Principal or another member of the school team as soon as possible if you experience or witness unfair treatment. Concerns will be handled sensitively, investigated proportionately and recorded only where necessary.
