Daisy brings more than a decade of international leadership experience from Apple and Inditex to the world of sailing education. Having worked across Beijing, Shanghai and London in senior management, retail programmes and area management, she understands how to build strong teams, deliver excellence and create customer experiences that inspire loyalty.

At Phuket Sea School, Daisy channels that expertise into ensuring every student receives world-class support both on and off the water. She oversees the details that shape a seamless course journey, from the first conversation and travel planning through to arrival, training and follow-up.

Daisy also runs a yacht charter agency in Greece serving Chinese clients. This gives her first-hand experience in managing international bookings, understanding the needs of Asian travellers and coordinating sailing journeys across languages, cultures and time zones.

As a central link between Asia and Europe, Daisy leads the school's efforts to welcome students from China and beyond, nurture lasting relationships and make every journey smooth, personal and unforgettable. Her attention to detail, operational expertise and genuine care for people make her the steady wind behind Phuket Sea School.
